should be benefits for everyone .. and surprise surprise, another self-serving interest group (B.C. Dental Association) doesn't want universal coverage because it will drive down how much they charge and ultimately how much $$$$ they make.

I have to wait because my dentist is booked solid. The doc had to squeeze me in as it is.
And yeah, even my doctor was surprised by my tolerance for medication. My old family doctor knew so he always perscribed shit in the right amount and strength.
But the doctor that took over for him is still gettin used to me i guess.
And she's a mormon or something and i dont think she cares for me to much...she knows im pagan if anything and such. She gives me such a hard time when i need painkillers or something. She is gettin better tho. I dont abuse them or anything if the doctor gives em to me.
Maybe its because of my old doctor. He always used to say when you get medication for being sick or whatever, always take double the amount the first time you take it.
Maybe that built up my tolerance. |

I really hate dentists and the drills and the way they look when they are working. I swear, you have to be a little evil to be a dentist. You know no one likes you, you cause bad pain, dope people up etc

Tooth decay was the leading cause of dealth a long time ago. Today they are finding people who don't floss and take care of their teeth have more heart problems. (The bacteria affects the heart) It
I hate the smell when they work on your teeth, and no matter how well I brush, floss, rinse with mouthwash I can still smell it.

I use baking soda. I stick it on a damp washcloth and rub my front teeth with it. It is like a polish. Sometime if I am out all day I stick a tiny bit of peppermint essential oil in my mouth and rinse with water. I like that better than gum. Sometimes I bring a mini toothpaste and brush. It can be really hard to smell your own stinky breath.
