Talktalk have given my parents absolutely bullshit service, firstly it took them about a month to register them on the servers so they could connect. Then they said they needed to upgrade their phone line. Now they've been without a phone line and the internet for another month!
The good thing is we've reported them to trading standards, and Talktalk have agreed to provide compensation of approximatly £5000 as my mother runs an internet business in her spare time and my dad like to piss about on ebay. So we made out they've lost loads in potential earnings over these past 2 months. They've lost some, nowhere near five grand though. As I helped them get it they've agreed to give me £1000. Yipee!
