when I ran emule, in the first several hours I downloads pretty good and with fast rates, but after a few days,It barely download anything,I mean,its scraches from 1kbps from beneath.
but when I disconnect the net,and connect again (it changes the IP),and run again emule,then again,it runs perfectly for a few hours.
what can cause this issue?
have you tried changing the emule ports ? some isp limit traffic through standard ports used by p2p programs like emule ... i once had a very similar problem, i solved it changing the ports ... give it a try, at worst it won't solve your problem

my problem is solved,nothing to do with my ISP. the problem was the windows itself... it has lots of spywares/trojans etc,since I havent used any firewall / antivirus software.
