yeah, me too. But apparently he didnt like me back, because i didnt share his views in the world news forum... its a shame that people cant discuss issues and still keep a friendly feeling towards each other. i dont even read the world news anymore , its not really world news its just 2 groups doing propaganda wars with a seperat topic for every single thing one person says .
then it derails into bashing , calling names , and the intelligent posts kinda get drown in it... but lately no one even bothers to constructivly post in the world news cause they know no ones wants good points unless it backs up their own beliefs .
My opinion ? this forum would have alot less bannings , alot less negativety if the world news section was completely removed , this is a gaming forum , with ppl browsing and posting that basicly download warez as main reason for comming here .
Im glad action is taken when someone makes personal attacks , although godlikez sometimes had good points , i am sure he got frustrated that the "other side" was too ignorant to think through about it . But as someone else said , if you ban him you can ban about 20% of the user base , in the PC gaming section 60% of the post is useless , 20% i dont understand cause of the bad english , 10 % fanboy bashing , and then 10% with info we browse the forum for , im exagarating quite a bit now i know , but i basicly just stick with nforce with lack of better as of lately .

What? Just because YOU don't like world news, we should close it? Please... obviously debates are going to be super heated in world news, it’s the stuff that can literally touch our daily lives man, it’s not games or fantasy...
Anyway, sad to see him go... I don't like perm banning long time members.

This is quite a perfect example of why I stay well clear of the World News section.. Dnno if anyone remembers reading my post in one of the Palestine violence thread (one of the MANY Palestine violence threads) which was something like "this section may aswel be called the 'Come and get banned' section because it is full of people like anarxist..
IMO, Rinze is in the right for banning Godlikez because of his direct personal attacks.. But even more I disagree for anarxist not being banned for the shitload amount of trolling and provoking he does on a daily basis on the forum.
I've also been a member for quite some time, and just lately the discussions and flaming here (and that is pretty much 99% of the content in the world news section, flame) is getting way out of hand.
The PC games section is completely ruined by 'noobs' who just register to ask stupid crap then go into hibernation until the next big game comes along (see Crysis, Assasins creed, Bioshock threads for examples).. granted I have no longer got a gaming PC and have fully converted to MAC I don't quite see a point in staying a regular here..
I guess I will be a lurker for now in the General chatter type sections..
