I think in my world the quality matters more than the quantity,
and by that I refer to the fact that having many pretty girls or
many large breasted girls means little. The personal qualities
are the ones that you grow old with, the ones that never change,
the ones that you remember during the good times, and crave so
much more of in the bad times.

You talk as if an individuals personality remains the same throughout their whole life. Rolling Eyes

Generally speaking the core of who someone is doesn't change all that much upon reaching maturity, this is of course speaking of the average healthy individual, usually any major deviations
would be caused by some form of tragedy or the like.

I will restate what I said quoting " the ones that never change," clearly by reading that one should be able to comprehend that it was not intended to mean everything about a person. Very Happy

It's just another of those fanciful ideals that people cling to, the burgeoning divorce statistics can tell you the reality of that.

He will. He just gets emotional from time to time. That is all. Just like the rest of us.

im too emotional to be honest. nice observation Smile Im not the same person i was 10 years ago....im alot more mature and think deeper about things. And I cant handle stress and shit because ive had to much. Dont get me wrong, there will always be stress, but minimal it has to be for me.
Because of recent events, i have had to completely change my life. Good thing im capable of supporting myself(when working full time)

Divorce and human qualities are mutually exclusive from one another, you can divorce someone without changing who you are!

Let's suppose that your husband/wife leaves you, he/she is no longer happy and realizes that you are not the one for them, they are brave enough to actually step out of the relationship how does that make them different than before? They are still the same person, they may treat their ex's differently, but they still treat their parents, friends etc the same. The only thing Divorce demonstrates is that people can treat individuals different, but doesn't prove they've changed in whole.

I am willing to bet a married person who goes to church every sunday, will do the same thing once they are divorced, I would also state that if they are compassionate, they will remain that way, (with the exception of towards the ex) If they are funny, once they heal from the process they will be funny still. In both my personal life and my professional
life I deal with People, a lot of people, this what I've based my assessment from, not just
am idea or belief I came up with.
