Anyway, the car is now at the mechanic, my insurance will cover it all, so atleast i wont have to pay a dime. Now all i have to do is wait, wait and wait.

this is one of the reasons not to get an expensive car or even a rare one ..
you never know what will surpise you when you go back to the parking lot
NOT that an Impreza WRX is rare .. it surely aint that cheap either but parts do cost a lot

seeing from the headlights and color scheme , i'd say its a GC8V WRX STI
noawdays it aint that expensive , it's somewhere between 13-15k (euros) in mint condition , 2nd hand of course .
if you bought it brand new , i'm guessing it was somewhere between 30 to 35k.
2.5 litre right ?
fuck , those kinda cars are like fuel guzzling beasts , my dad has an Audi 90 2.3 litre 20v 5cyl DOHC Quattro with 170 horses
and it's a nightmare to drive to in the city , it eats up fuel , luckly there's the company astra .

If cars are your hobby than I hope you plan to make lots of money!!!
I have a distant cousin into that. Old cars anyway. Some of the older car kits are pretty cool.
You have to have the garage, the tools, the space. If that is your passion you have to do it. I really understand how you feel about your car. Everytime I enter this thread and see the duck tape job I cringe. Not at the duck tape, just the damage.
I am really happy my car is back. They did a great job.
