I'd say this is real in as real as an exorcism recording can be. I reckon it is just some fucked up mental problem that makes people act that way. It doesn't make it any less creepy.

Apparantly, the girl says "we don't need it, idiot" at one point then says "No, I will not leave her" in russian.

When!? I couldn't make out anything. Not a single word, apart from what I've pointed out, and that seemed more English to me that Ruski.

And no, I don't speak latin. :/

EDIT: Also, orthodox chirch doesn't recognize "posession by evil spirit". Much like, say, catholic. [whole free will thing]. Source - my 80 y.o. grandmother, who is an orthodox christian.
