Well its not what I was targeting but my boss wants me to become a trainer and logistics guy on my shift. That is rather great because it's a promotion. Aside from training others usage of gear and production machines as an expert, I would no longer be standard operator guy and so wouldno
longer do standard physical work. so trainer is one thing but becoming logistics guy along side this is going to make some people envy. There is only one logistics guy on each shift so that's a big deal when they are choosing new one. And I've been chosen because company grows and one guy have to much work. Now there will be 2 logistics.
sure it's more responsibility, money are still shit and I will only get like 100usd more but is biggest promotion a worker can achieve on production. It's a backup of shift leader...
tho I have his full support I am still waiting for an answer from my leader boss.
My papers are still on the engine desk tho. .. Maybe in the future. This will have to do for now if it works out... It's still a factory work tho. And I studied and still am IT...
