just reducing calories. I'm currently eating between 1500 and 1800 calories a day. That nets me around a kilo a week of loss.
there are websites where you can calculate your daily calorie needs. Then it's simply a matter of reducing what you eat to be below that. And 6000kcal reduced comes to around 1kg lost.
