If You're stuffing your face with pizzas and blinchiki, then stop it.
Otherwise start excersising. There are plenty apps, that will help with some excersises at home. You'll feel better every day.
Just do itz!

Update:
Today my blood sugar was at 6 and my hemoglobin A1C also 6.
Which is pretty much perfect
Also, Doc changed one of my meds, not the metfin, the other one, can't remember its name, for a weekly injection (easy to use pen).
He said this should help with the weightloss, since the med I am stopping was like increasing insulin production or something, so it has more of a weight retaining effect, while the injection doesn't have that and even decreases your appetite.
That being said, I already lost a lot, no idea how much in numbers, since I don't have a balance at home, but significantly enough to feel it. Especially in how I feel and how lose my clothes are, lol.
Oh and few days ago I measured my heartbeat and it was down to 80, usually I had 100+.
So, everything going in the right direction

Btw according to new cilinical trials type 2 diabetes seems to be reversible with the right diet. You have to get rid of the carb cycle. Go keto dude, do it strict, stay below 25grams of carbs/day... I know it's hard. I lost a ton of weight trough it and after stopping doing it I gained a lot (still below my non-keto weight) because I can't control my hunger on carbs

Carbs are like a drug. And they can make you fat.
Fasting helps to get rid of your carb cravings, it's all about training your body.

Fasting is the absolute worst thing you do. Speaking from experience. You lose your pounds really quickly, especially if you combine it with workouts. Problem is that your metabolism gets shot to hell and you will gain pounds again from small meals other people the same weight don't. This can adjust itself over a period of time, or it might not. Always go slow and steady.

If you fast 1-2 days/week you don't trigger that metabolic shock (at least from what I've read). But really, the only proper way to do it is to change your diet permanently and move your body (exercise). Replacing fat with muscle is very important since more muscles use more energy even when resting, not to mention all the health benefits whether you have diabetes or not, avoiding/improving issues with high blood pressure/high cholesterol/minimizing risk of heart disease etc... It's not an easy task but gets easier with time... apparently.

That is the thing though. We know this metabolic shock exist, but no one seem to agree or exactly know how it works, just theories here and there. Best to try to avoid it in the first place by doing it the right way (the way you mentioned) or you'll look like a stuffed cow again before you know it when you eventually relapse to your old lifestyle

Well, you're 100% right and I'll go into detail to make whoever it may concern understand it (at least as far as I understand it at any rate):
Going on a diet where you ("you" as in the person who it concerns) remove huge chunks of calories and fat that you usually eat your body goes into starvation mode and stops burning energy at the same rate as it usually does (impairing you physically and mentally after a short while). The weight loss will stop after you've lost fat, muscle tissue and fluids and if you fall back into old habits or something similar you'll put on a LOT more weight since your body will store every bit of surplus energy into fat deposits (including inside your body which is BAD) and since it's gone into low-energy mode it won't take that much to blow up which in turn leads to a breakdown of the discipline you've built up, a lack of confidence and a poor self image at which point you've given up....
So no diets... increase the amount of exercise you do, gain muscle mass (don't need to become a body builder, just add a couple of percentage and it will have a positive effect on the body's own energy usage) and replace SOME of the "good stuff" with alternatives that contain less sugar (in any form). In fact, getting off the sugar addiction should probably be the first goal before moving on to the next stage. If you suddenly start exercise your body will crave energy and you in turn will crave sugar in whatever form.

Welcome to the world of the A1C. You are now one of my victims every 3 months...or you would be if you lived in my country, in my area.
Glad you caught it in time.
Everybody should get screened.
