As it says.. Turns The Standard version of the game to Black Edition.. Just replace the default.xbe with this hacked one.. thats it you now have challenger 69 and the bonus cars in quick race .. to see the cars, when selecting cars, press down till it says bonus.. enjoy.. works with Pal and NTSC.  Yes.. it works with old saves

or use ppfpatch(not tested)

Code:

1) Open ppf-o-matic3.exe
2) ISO File: USE THE DEFAULT.XBE FROM WAM RELEASE OR NFS: MW [ not black verison ]
3) Patch: Use the patch.ppf [ in the rar ]
4) Click apply :) Now just reburn NFS: MW or ftp the default.xbe and overwrite

And there you go black version of NFS: MW :)
