My body just sucks. I got a big belly. Big ass. Big thighs. I'm in such a horrible shape right now.
I eat less and less and I keep growing. I stopped drinking. Stop doing other unhealthy things. And nothing seems to work. I ran an hour the other day. Worked up a neat sweat. Everything ached. The next day. NOTHING. Not even tense muscles. So I walked the stairs yesterday. Couple times. 5 floors. Step by step. And such. Worked up a nifty sweat. Almost had to crawl home. Next day. Nothing just my feet were aching. Today I just walked from Sheppard to Finch n Bathurst and got home and that’s it. |
Maybe you should go to the doctor and have him check your thyroid and your metabolism.
If you work up and sweat and dont eat that much, you should lose weight. As long as you burn more calories than you take in you should lose weight.
Its weird your not losing weight. Seriously, go to the doctor and see.

How do you know that? Is that what the doctor told you?
Im serious man, if you cant lose weight and you should be losing weight, go to the doctor.
Especially since you mentioned having chest pains and shit. And didnt you say something about getting faint and light headed sometimes? These things could be related. Its better to be safe than sorry. You dont want to get sick or anything like that. And if something is wrong its better to catch it early.

Nah. Nothing to worry about.
I sleep more due to fatigue. It's related to the lack of food. And the 'exercise'
Chest pains are mild panic / anxiety attacks.
Stress/painkillers/3redbulls/ daily... you do the math
I don’t have them under control, but they’re not killing me either. Makes it hard to breathe sometimes, but I can deal with that too.
And yes, I’ve been told, couple years ago (when I still had my fam doctor) that my metabolism is slow.

Man, it does hurt to go get a check up. You shouldnt have to deal with pain or discomfort at all. If you have pain or discomfort something isnt right and needs to be fixed you know?
All it takes is a 20 min appointment
I visit my doctor regularly. I get a check up once a month now. Its free, takes only 20 minutes, why not?

I don't like doctors. I only see doctors if the bleeding doesn't stop, or it hurts soo much that I can't open my eyes.
For menial things like these... there's really no need.
I’ve been burning candles at both ends for the past 2 weeks. It’d been killing me mentally. And I’ve been having issues in my English class (dropping it now)
So when I’m done all these assignments that are due I can finally relax.
If it doesn't stop then, I’ll go see a doctor.

Kay. First off.
What's a normal heart rate? 80? 90?
I went running today. Like mad! SUPER MAN! I felt like I was going to die!
Got home. Meassured my heart rate. 120. Normal? Yaaaay!
That was hours ago...
Now.
I can go from 103 to 180. In a matter of minutes.
Though I can't go lower than 103. I dunno why. My normal. Well... normal... heart rate is 110.
!!!! Hahaha. My blood preassure always remains the same. 110/80 120/84 etc... nothing HIGH!
Hehe. I'm so cool. Everyone at the table gets all those meassaruing devices. An old school hand held one where you pump it by hand and use your brain to count. All that jazz.
My sis said I’m on amphetamines
She said she can see by my eyes that they’re sometimes dilated.
I never ever ever ever done drugs in my life.
Is it possible for the body to make its own garbage?

Normal resting heat rate is about 70-80. You're fucked.

@waldo
At a resting heart beat you should be between 60-100. It has to do with the pacemakers (highly excitable electrical spots) in your heart. (the ones that send the electrical signals )
Anything above= Tachycardia (too fast)
Anything below = Bradycardia (too slow)
Below 40 =call ambulance, elevate feet, you are fucked. (They need a pacemaker)
If you are exercising then it should be between 101- and 180. 180 Is really high and 99% of people don’t work out that hard. I only hit 180 for 2 min peaks, that is it. A good healthy person probably works out at 160-170. The more you work out, the more the number drops. So, hypothetically speaking 180/min Heart Rate could drop significantly ( 160) within a month with the same amount of cardio being done.
I have higher blood pressure BTW. It is my diastolic which is the bad one. My doctor thinks I am good but if I go to those stores it is always so much higher than what he tells me.
110 heart rate might be anxiety. In terms of the tachycardia it isn’t much. Your blood pressure sounds ok too. I think you and your camera should go on some longs walks, take some cool pictures.
