I got it fixed. It was the screenshot binding in FSD 3 which caused this, as the Start+Select combo interfered with the main controller. I removed the option from FSD 3 and got it working.
Yup, you're right, the FSD screenshot capture was at fault. You don't have to disable it, you can just change the layout to something else instead of "start".
