@PumpAction Great. Ok people hop on board!
@Werelds @Interinactive Accesses have been resent.
@Horrordee The repo has the facilities already. But it is not a problem if people think it would be easier to talk here. Let me know.

It's Gitlab, so yeah, the repo will be plenty sufficient.
@ mrt (gonna send this in PM too): this may explain why I never received anything, your mailer config is off and my email provider is actually blocking the messages. The HELO it sends is invalid, so I still can't reset my password at the moment
I can always temporarily disable the spam filter, but then it'll block other messages GL sends later too

Sent pm with the minimal info I received initially. If mrt created your accounts you should be able to proceed.
Edit: Ah shit, sorry, didn't see that this thread has a 3rd page

Haha mrt
My email's with Sohosted, has been for a decade now. The spam filter is quite harsh on some weird things (such as this HELO ) but that's exactly what makes it so good
I'll get it configured and running on my machine tomorrow so that I can see where we're at right now.

@Werelds let me know how you do.
Now to anyone with good PHP & MySQL skills raise their hands please!
We need people to work on the code. Anyone willing to do the grunt work please appoint youself from the crowd. Who is it going to be?
@PumpAction How is your quest coming along? Graphics and helpers wise.

*raises hand*
Set it up just now, let's do all further communication with regards to decisions on GitLab (Pumpy, Leo, whoever else is on there by now, wakeywakey ). I've fixed .gitignore to include all kinds of shit we don't want in the VCS and I'll browse through to see if there's any leftover files that should be removed.

Slow, Samsung have been eating up my time a lot
I plan to fix a few problematic things with the general setup tonight, then it's time to start theming and hacking the fucker at the same time. Don't expect this to be done within a couple of weeks though

Can all those involved PM me their email address? I've set up an account for us at http://www.slack.com to allow us a bit more direct communication (and share files easier for example). It's free and it's actually pretty good; we (at work) have switched over from Skype to it. There's apps available for it, but you can also just use it in the browser if you prefer that.
Need to start figuring out what needs to be done, who's gonna do it and how we're gonna do it. GitLab issues are for when we've figured out what needs to be done, but at the moment there's a bunch of things that don't really fit in a task yet

We've got a base theme picked, Interinactive has started work on giving it the hump look. I'm gonna start (today) porting it to PHPBB 3.1. 3.1 isn't out yet and is quite different from 3.0, but we want to go with 3.1 because it has a much cleaner interface to make modifications to it
Long road ahead of us still

Other than [hide] and [spoiler], what else is missing though? It's mainly the theme, no? Perhaps some custom user stuff, but perhaps site profiles and forum profiles can just be consolidated.
