Dude, if they'd managed to insta-replace live feed (if it was delayed for example) with pre-recorded that would've counted as censorship. BUT they showed the failure, the local internets exploded with lulz and tweets and only AFTER that they added pre-recorded. There was no case of hiding something from your own people, just trying to maintain visual consistency of the performance, as mentioned by difm and sin.
