not even in fifa 17. nothing will happen as long the cheats will not work on consoles.
if they would work on consoles then people would go crazy and then they would really do what they can. but like this... nothing. they don't even care to ban people right away.
i mean if you can't do anything about the cheats, like for example in the division, because it's made for consoles and poorly coded, then atleast ban them right away. there are leaderboards and all where you can see stats and money. ban and delete them all day. it's not hard to pay 2-3 dudes who do nothing then that all day.
expect some shit like "we do what we can don't worry it will be better in fifa 17" just like they said with fifa 16. in the end it was just the same like in fifa 14 and fifa 15.
