Well i enjoy a joint after a long day of work. Then into the Wine, about a glass a night.
Ive done blow, its highly over rated, and nights turn into mornings way to fast. If i ever see it at a friends house/party; i leave, dont want to be around it or have anything to do with it. So many chicks become complete whores on blow.
XTC is pure shit. Ill never do it again, to many chemicals, to many side effects, its really not worth it.
Acid, was a 18 year old thing, will never touch it again. But on that same note, im really glad i tried it. Opened up a whole new world.
Mushrooms, was just re introduced to them on aug long weekend. I fucking love them sooo much. I only do a very small amount (Like 1/2 a gram through out the whole night) and it was amazing. I love how you can just see through peoples lies and reactions. I laughed at these chicks that tried to use fake names trying to pick me and my buddie up. I have no middle ground though. Im yes or no.
Salvia , never tried it, and its completely legal here in Canada. I have heard stories that make me not even want to try it.

So true, mushrooms really put you on a higher, creative, philosophical level. You see through all the lies and bullshit in life, everything seems to be clear for a few hours. I remember from one trip that all trees were so beautiful, the colors were so bright and they actually stayed like that for months after the trip.
I tried XTC too, it's not for me.. It feels great ofc, but at the same time it feels VERY fake, at least it does when you know what mushrooms feel like  .. Not to mention the depression that kicks in a few days after.. It's for the people that like it the easy way, the same people who like alcohol and cocaine. No worries, no paranoia, just feeling that fake happiness for a few hours and then crash 
I tried Salvia too but didn't feel a thing, heard that's very common..

I dont like mushrooms at all.
Ive had some bad trips of mushrooms. But when i do em, i do like 6 or 7g's and trip for hours
They can be fun or scary. You never really know what kinda trip your going to have

I had them once. Never again. Everything annoyed me and I have a huge mushroom poster in my kitchen and it was tripping me out. I like to pick them in the woods.

You gotta be careful, you might pick the wrong mushroom. Mushrooms can kill ya know

Which of them? Booze, Yeah. Drugs no. Maybe the experience are better with drugs, but in my opinion its not worth it. So yeah sure you get a great feeling and shit.. the fact is it fucks up your mind more than with alcohol. And now you're thinking. Omg, alochol kill more people than drugs!. Well, that might be, but at least its more safe than all the shit you can get on the drug marked. You just need to know your limits..

Shows how someone can can become deluded to the point they believe they have an extraordinary insight into society. Of course they dont, but they believe that and after the drug has worn off they continue the belief they had some sort of profound experience. Psychotropics make people act differently, alter peoples personalities, most of the time for the worse. But of course they are in denial about that.
Whats ironic is that he actually is disdainful of other drug users because what they experience is 'fake' and 'easy'. Implying that his experience with mushrooms is 'real' and 'hard work'. See, they make you pretentious for one thing.
At least alcohol only rots your liver, it doesn't rot your brain.

AM, your post proves that you have no idea what your talking about. Oh, and booze does rot your brains, ever heard of Korsakoff?
Saying alcohol is OK but drugs are bad doesn't make sense, it's the same thing. The biggest possible hangovers you can get are from alcohol, trust me Mushrooms are proven not be harmful.
What I was trying to say is that XTC and alcohol feel different than psychedelics, they CAN give insights that you'd normally wouldn't have, they make you realize things that you never realized. Just listen to The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin etc. You can see the influence all over if you recognize it.. Anyone who has experience with psychadelics will agree with this.
But stick to alcohol, to each his own

Actually, coke was supposed to be healthier than MDMA (XTC).
I'm on weed... only. Haven't tried anything else. I'd like to try mushrooms though. I like everything that makes you laugh and feel happy.

I know that alcoholism can cause dementia. But i'm talking about casual use. Lets not get started about what drug abuse can do to a person.
By the way, i'd like you to show me where I said alcohol was ok and drugs arnt.
Mushrooms arn't physically harmful, but mentally they most certainly are. Although of course it depends on the person.
I know lots of 'artists' were doped up when they created their art. Especially so in the past. But I don't really see any particular insight in their work, only the illusion of insight. It's easy to make people think you know something, when they don't know it either.

No doubt Psychedelics, alcohol, weed change your perception and insight but I wonder if it is really for the better. I know for me if I am stressed out about something and I smoke up and have a few drinks quite often my perception of the stress changes. I relax more which isn’t always a good thing. You let things slid that you shouldn’t. A couple of times it was a good thing because it was a situation that I couldn’t change anyway.
I have also had these so called brilliant extraordinary insights into society. I wrote them down once. They weren’t so brilliant the next morning.
Drugs and alcohol also make you more sexually promiscuous. They make you pick up ugly people. I think you might be doubting your previous nights insight when you wake up the next morning to some butt ugly person.

The ecstasy one? Yeah, watched it and found out that all the "ecstasy will kill you" talk is mostly bullshit and the probability that you will die is very small... I'd say it's worth a risk.
So I'm probably going to try it sometime in the future.

Maybe just try a little bit the first time before you do a full dose. I know a full dose was far too much for me but I didn't freak out or anything. I won't do it again. I did like it but I got pissed when I was coming down. Not my thing.

Ecstacy has one of the highest rates of death for first timers. Mainly because of the issues related to hydration, but also because people can have an allergic reation to the cocktail of chemicals usually found in pills.
I'm sure you wouldn't be thinking it was worth the risk if one of your friends died while on it.

I drink about 2 litres of water whenever I have a pill. I dont drink alcohol after a pill because of the dehydration.
