Most everything everyone is using these days is basically 70s tech unless you are talking about the latest fighters, but even the F-22 is essentially 80s tech. They've about reach the limit in most of these technologies.

nothing or close to nothing in that clip is using "70s" tech. In some cases the exterieur maybe look the same (like a truck lol), but the actual technology inside those war machines is far ahead and quite current tech (or tomorrows tech from a civilians point of view).
