An hour after I installed Chaos Theory, I was finally able to play it. When trying to start the game, the screen would go black like it tried to load a movie, then it would crash to the desktop with an error message.
I tried so many things. Uninstalled, reinstalled, disabled secondary monitor, disabled virtual drive, about 20 minutes of searching on google, taking out the intro bik movies. Finally, I found that someone had posted about the demo and Windowblinds fooked it for him, so i disabled WB and it worked no problem.
Just in case anyone else here might have the same problem.
I had probs with the SC CT demo and windowblinds on one pc as well, spotted it was causing probs almost immediately and disabled which fixed the prob for me. I tryed it on another pc though and it didnt cause problems so could be related to specific setups.
With all of the latest Securom 7 titles it was causing major hassles for me had to uninstall it completely to get those games to work - Constantine, Project Snowblind and Champ Manager 5. That was tested across multiple pc's with windowblinds being shown to cause problems and the games only working with windowblinds fully removed.
