to put it short, because of predictable results of election in my country, me and my girl decided that we may finally move out of here.
both programmers, we can work online for our curently boss, so money finding a job should not be an issue.
but if we decide to move,
1' we want to buy a house, not rent. budget probably around 100k euro. and it should have a bit of land. 1000m2 lets say, i have gardening like my hobby. and the usual facilities.
2' we would like a gentle climate, both are kinda fed up with our cold winters.
3' would like a place near the sea. or at least close. (top 30 minute drive)
any region recomandable for our budget/requirement to search for houses there ?
thank you.

If you can do Android and/or IPhone programming, company where I work is hiring in Spain. Our mobile dev unit is there. I think it's somewhere in the bigger cities. (Madrid or Barcelona, though not 100% sure)

workplace is not the issue, we both are main and only programmers (.net/java) which maintain a fairly good product (~50.000 euro sales/month since 5 years ago) and we have no reason to find another job. our salary is good enough to decently live in any "normal" country, and we really get along with our boss. probably because is it in america and it visit once per 2-3 years )).
problem is where we will move in case we decided to go. initially we wanted to move only on winter months (like i said, we really hate cold winter), but in the end i think we will go for good.
we talked about greece, italy ...
both like spain from our vacantion there, we stayed in barcelona, but i dint like it, way to crowded for my taste, and after that in la canada near valencia. we stayed at a small house there (3 bedroom, 1 living, kitchen with a pool) and we loved there. the only issue was that it had no place to put a flower in the ground, and all the houses there seems like they have the same issue.
that's why i'm asking if there is anyone here which know a region where houses with 1000m2 of land are more common, in our budget.

I can't help with specifics, but check the Granada region. I have an aunt living there, she talked about how cheap it was for them over there to get a house with quite some land close to a beach but far from any tourism.
Then again it was easier for them to know where exactly to search, since my uncle is from that region.

Yeah I get that part with the house, I just meant 100.000 plot and a house on top of it (which of course will be smaller ) is stll pretty much impossible in germany. Except if you move to shitty mcshittytown in shittystate.

well, i buyed 3 years ago 2500m2 here (in romania) for 15.000 euro.
we built a house for another 35.000. (without inside finishings).
now depending of the next week election we have a choice.
stay here and finish, or move out of our country.
i really hope we will stay here, but i doubt it.
