Leaking out of EA this weekend is a press release announcing Need for Speed Most Wanted, the next Need for Speed game which will be available for a next generation console as well as the PC, Xbox, PS2, GC, PSP, GBA and Nintendo DS.

Well, NFS always rocks IMO....

That BMW in the NFS:MW picture is quite possibly the single most retarded thing I have ever seen in a game.

The tuning possibilities in NFS:U and NFS:U2 were pathetic. In order to advance in the game you were required to make your car look like a piece of shit. "Tuning" doesn't mean slapping ugly stickers and a bunch of gaudy fiberglass junk on your car, despite what EA seems to think. The actual performance upgrades available had zero depth at all and boiled down to "pick the brand you like best."
