got an exam in surgery tomorrow so it's time for some last ditch all-nighter. it's 4 am here, ive had a cold for half a week and Ive taken a shit 6 times today. I just want this to be over and go to bed  probably get to sleep 1h max tonight

@PickupArtist , most of my practical knowledge I get in residency, where I can apply everything I learn on the go. I have studied for week and Im just taking the most out of the time Ive given right now, cause I feel I could know some things better  right now I have this introductory thing to everything I can specialize into after 6 years of studies. I'm quite sure Im not taking surgery since my fingers are nimble and precise enough. :>
