Some lucky people with access to the unfinished cancelled Resident Evil 2 prototype are modding it to make it complete, and they are also translating it. And I suppose they plan to to release it.
Unfortunately their version doesn't seem to be the one that was 60-80% complete, more like 40% BUT OH GOD IT'S INCREDIBLE NEWS ANYWAY!!!

That's all there is to 3.5 BTW. It was cancelled after they built that demo. There's no secret almost complete build. Just a 5 minute demo.

Granted it's not Capcom's build, it's a WIP build fans are fixing (which makes it better than Capcom's build )

They said it was too similar to RE1, which is a weird statement as it had many features that distinguished it from RE1 and RE2 (or even later RE games) lacks them.
