PC Boxing Game Delivers a Knockout Blend of Fame, Fortune and First-Person Fighting
Overload Entertainment and Iridon Interactive today announced that Heavyweight Thunder, the first boxing simulation to celebrate the championship lifestyle which will offer "a brutal combination of first/third-person fighting and ostentatious attitude", will be released on PC in March 2005. The game features a revolutionary, patent-pending SimuPunch swing system which translates the mouse movements into body blows, uppercuts and killer combinations. You can spend the money earned from fight by buying cars, clothes, groupies, mansions or you can play various gambling games. You can also hire and fire coaches, schedule bouts, set training routines and upgrade character abilities as you advance through the ranks earning popularity and prestige.

Boy, they sure like to screw up boxing games on PCs. What ever happened to real life boxers, not this fantasy made up shit with a gay punch/combo system. Probably not even playable online, and if so whos gonna play this? Stick to Fight Night Round 2.
Oh look, I never knew there were boxing rings in the middle of a parking lot, or a boxing game without unification fights.

Already tried it. Wasnt a huge download. I can tell ya right now its terrible. When you make a boxing game, even if it IS fantasy, its supposed to resemble boxing. The mouse is soo terrible for throwing punches, I had to remap my keys for the keyboard.

Why is it that PC sports games are neglected? We have dual analog joysticks for computers now FFS!!!! They'll port some of the worst shit to computer, and then give us nothing for sports games.
If you have played EA Fight Night Round 2, no other boxing game will substitute. Who the fuck wants to use a mouse to control a boxing game????
What would be so hard about porting good sports games like Fight Night, NBA Street, NFL Street, etc???

They wont port FN Round 2 to PCs. Thats their console moneymaker. I doubt boxing games will ever relive success again on PCs.

What is PES4? boxing game? link for screens please.
And fight night was going to be ported to PC, I dont know that happened, though.
The best port of a PS2/XBOX game I've seen are MGS2 Substance, and Dynasty Warriors 4: Hyper.

Are you on fuckin crack?? MGS 2 is the worst port of all...they didnt even bother adding the remapping in the game so you need to actually quit the damn game to remap buttons.
Loose the pipe !!

Im sorry to hear that you are retarded, but let me explain:
1- Graphics and gameplay wise, the port is perfect
2- The key remap is on the config file, so what? if you are dumb or lazy or both dont blame the port, its easy even for a 2 years old kid.
Thank you, have a nice day.
