You know, when ordering stuff like dsl connections, if there is a woman on the phone, just hang up and try again. Fucking women always gets stuff wrong on stuff like this, i have no idea how they get these jobs. I was going to order a vdsl connection, and she couldn't really answer anything, and said for sure that the router i have from them is vdsl capable. Well, 10 minutes later i get a sms saying i've got a new router incoming in the mail and i need to ship the one i have asap. Fucking hell... And now i find out my connection might be worthless with my attenuation of 16.5 and snr of 6.8..

I'm not quite sure how to respond to that. What makes you wonder? I'm just saying women i've encountered on call phones have been utterly worthless answering questions, and now as a result a new connection was ordered.
Guess i'll suck it up and return it if it's bad though. I was indecisive about this anyway.

I usually have good experiences with tech support, tho I have to say since I moved to Sweden that view is getting changed due to incompetent 'ISP' people. 
When it's physical products I don't bother with the places I order from, but always go to the manufacturer first. It's a good leftover habit from previous jobs.
