For some odd reason I cannot access dribbble when I type it in my browser, but when I use proxy the site loads just fine.

Wth?

Can I check somehow why this is happening?

most likely your ip/isp is blocked or you isp just has some routing issues atm

or check if your ip (range) is blackllisted for spamming or some shit:

Well, I guess it has to be a routing issue, don't see why they'd blacklist my ip :\

Had exactly the same issue recently (last 6 months). Asking my ISP didn't help, they said they never block anything. I bought VPN for 10 bucks a months or less, don't remember and been using it since then, opens all pages.

Today I didn't even need to use my AK. I gotta say it was a good day. (c) - Ice Cube

Had it last week with most sites for a whole day, but that was because of routing issues that Zitius was experiencing.

So check first what your ISP is saying.
