Must we discuss board members infractions at every turn?
Surely this is what a board private section is there for, and those privy to it, can joke and laugh at others expense, without most knowing about it.
I find it distasteful that such posts are allowed, and not at all amusing really, regardless of who deserves what.

I'm sure if you were to get banned for some reason, you would certainly not wish it to be aired in public for all to see? I know I wouldn't, its just not right, and not good board practice.

Maybe they are scum, but everyone deserves the right to defend themselves. IMO banned users should be ostracized (as in forgotten), even to avoid inflating some egos...

Besides, in all seriousness, I don't really see much discussion about infractions.. more along the lines of finding out if members are banned and whether they're coming back. I figured that was normal inquisitive behaviour? I've certainly asked if So-and-So was perma-banned in the past.
