It's getting hotter every day now, so much so that my friggin' CPU is now 10c hotter at idle - despite being water-cooled - and, of course, the brighter days means more glare and less visibility on the screen. Meh. You ever heard a H80 with the fan on full? It makes the 360 seem like a whisper >_>

Norway gets mega hot in the summer, it shocked the hell out of me too Very Happy Yeah.. I'm most likely going to have to drop the OC a bit, though to be honest 38-40c idle isn't exactly unknown - my old E7200 idled at 45c all the time, loaded at 65 and there was no problem there. I dropped the OC from 4.3 to 4Ghz, lowered vcore from 1.34 to 1.28 and still only dropped down to 38c from 40c. Haha, this summer is going to be merciless on my poor comp grinhurt

Wait! When the summer is unbearably hot , there's always a solution. No need to drop the OC whan you can simply.. Cool Face

Aye! There's only a couple hundred miles distance, yet the UK's summers aren't as hot as Norway's, in my experience. Definitely a shocker the first year I came over and had to sit through a 38c summer, wearing a wet shirt to cool me down Very Happy

Honestly, it's a battle of the noise right now - and I'm not sure whether my 360 will win or not. The PC is screaming!
