Tips to be less affected during the worst weeks: - Wear sunglasses - Moist hair before going out (sucks to be bald). - DO NOT RUB YOUR EYES! - Change up your allergy pills every season. Find 2/3 that work for you and alternate between em. Example: 1 year you'll use Cetirizine other year you'll use Loratadine. There, that should be more helpful than going: "Poor bastard".
