I have this Case:

my Question is that,will 970 GTX which is 31.5 cm in Length will fit?
if not,what are my options?
P.S I have Power Supply of 550W

Why dont you just open the case and check?
You have the card length - just measure the inside?
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Don't think it'll fit.
Case is 430mm deep; a 3.5" HDD can be 147mm, leaving you with 283 at most. Considering the HDD won't be 100% at the front, I'd say realistically you have 265mm to play with at most, possibly less.
Just get a new case though? There are plenty of cheap cases that'll fit the bill. Cooler Master N200 has stolen my heart as a budget case, but InWin make lots of cheaper cases that'll fit the bill too 
In your photo you're measuring wrong; the card is shorter than 280

Didn't say the card is 265, I said that's what you realistically have to play with and it looks like I was right
Keep in mind that most (if not all) 970's have their PCI-e power connectors on the side, so you can't extend it into the drive cage like you have now.

It 100% surely won't mate, you won't be able to fit the PCI-e connectors in
Edit: GTX 970 Mini-ITX will fit though. As will a Fury Nano  |

Thanks Then,as I said,I Will check with the Company Marketing The Community Here Working here,I am pretty sure they offering fitting cards if you mention Cases,unless of course you have Shitty one with low Power Supply,I think this version of The Card Is Available

I ordered Gainward GeForce GTX 970 Phantom,will arrives soon,it seems to be the max gtx 970 I can get(247mm) and I confirmed. the connections are fine to my case.
I noticed diffferrnces between different versions of the Card when it comes to Clock speesd.... any significant diffrences?
I think some versions are OCs.

i would not trust in the oc thing. your processor would have to handle the speed and the machine doesn't get it anyway...in most cases. i would keep my money.
