I played this a few times, it's better than I was expecting to be honest, but it depends a lot on your team mates.

I've watch this video and I'd for sure play this.

But I'd only play if I have a team

If I understand well there is commander of all the faction?

Yea, each faction has multiple commanders for you to use. Not sure how some get unlocked or what exactly is the difference between them. I mean, each faction has it's own unique units, but as far as inter-faction commanders... not sure.

What I'm finding interesting, each day, each general can earn 100 gold per victory. So a person can easily earn 700 gold a day.

No interest in whatever the RTS division of CA puts out.

Let me know when the team behind Alien: Isolation has a new game. Smile

Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

Wow, this is one of the most promising looking games I have seen in a while.

So fun to play, atleast with a friend. Propably even more fun with more friends in a parteeh!

And the concept of using WOT mechanics for a game like this, just awesomeness.

Ye, I found it pretty stupid in the beginning but it gets much better later when you play with and vs people who know what they are doing, like archers camp on a hill, infantry cover the entries to them and cavalry to try to reach and destroy the enemy archers or try to get behind enemy infantry to do max damage.

It's very grindy but once you learn how the stupid currencies work, it also gets easier (don't spend Free XP for units and use the Unit XP instead). The late grind gets very heavy tho as you earn approximately 500-700 Unit XP but some of the latest unit upgrades need 200k Mad

Also there are units that can be bought with Gold (the buy with real money only in-game currency) like the Elephants that cost 17 euros ( Confused wtf?!!) which could lead to some pay-2-win bullshiterry.

I'm very familiar with WOT so this is nothing new to me at all. I'm more worried about my bank balance playing games like this lol

This is Wargaming way to do things and i wouldn't touch any stuff coming from them. Any attempt to do a SP game went up in flames, while the MMO's are grindy beyond imaginations and microtransactions based.

The balance in the MMO's is fragged since their inception. Couldn't think of a worse choice for doing a Total War MMO.

Archers camping on a hill to the side overlooking two forces.

My ally has a single unit of spearmen 2 ranks deep.
The enemy has a blob of infantrymen about 10 ranks deep.

They collide in the middle.

My archers fire on the enemy blob 10 ranks deep - I'm penalized for friendly fire because I somehow managed to hit my 2 rank deep ally?

Yea...if you say so.

Beyond that, it's the typical fee to play Wargaming affair - grindy and repetitive with far too much of the outcome influenced by people you have no control over. Hard pass.

Not that it will be any loss to more than 5 people in the world. It's decent game tho it has nothing to do with Total War and even the Wargaming fanboys don't like it. Maybe if it wasn't such a grindfest, it could've lasted much more.

its what total war multiplayer should have been for 15 years already Sad not this crap starcraft 2 he who can click his units and skill butoons faster like a schizo wins shitfest. too little to late with to much grinding and micro transaction bullshit Sad and outdated engine, it just looked like crap. but hey they put their time in broken releases and expensive dlcs, fuck CA , sad wargaming couldnt save the pieces and put their world of warships team on it. the world of tanks idiots are clueless these days.

ah well at least i get a overpriced dlc now for free , just gotta download this shit again ugh

get medieval 2, it was the last bastion of great modding and the crusades where fucking epic. Best total war feature wize there ever was, went only downhill from there

Apparently, it's playable again in China, and it is possible to turn it to English.

I don't understand china websites. I've been waiting for hours now for their "email confirmation". Are they just using hard-labor prisoners to verify emails manually and then typing each verify email manually? Laughing
