Graphics look good, and gameplay seems OK.
But why does every game have to have the character now-a-day do overly theatrical dramatic movements for the sake of it?
at 2:10 first thing I thought was: Nothing is as effective to sneak attack someone walking towards you, like pulling out two 1 meter long glow sticks and flinging them around wildly like you are directing air traffic while they go "woaw, whiz, wowwz" noise, pausing then attacking. No one would ever see you coming!

Looks to much like the original game. Not bad, but it's not worth the money assuming it has denuvo.

You're lucky they don't price it at 80$

Is it true that exploration on the first game is pretty much worthless? I've read that the only items you get are different colors for your suit and lightsaber crystal. Tell me it's not so, mens Sad

It is so

To me the entire game revolved more about climbing than fighting or doing anything else of interest

It's worth it if you enjoy the challenge of obtaining the item. Some are fun to get, but it's worthless in that it's just some stupid skins

Yeah, that seems like the most retarded idea ever, just give you some lame ass cosmetics so skipitty-skip.
Well, hopefully they go about it differently for the sequel and I'll just play that one instead.

That's true for every given SP game, it's for the fun of collecting or completion sake only. Like what you are gonna do with your items if you have finished the game anyway. And to whom you are gonna show it off, your pet dog??

Uhhhhhh nooooooo.
Some of the hard to get items in, say Dark Souls, are some nice and useful weapons, shields, etc.
Same with STALKER, FO3, FONV, etc etc.

It definitely looks like a Jedi Fallen Survivor 1.5 with bigger levels, some new setpieces and the usual Jar Jar Souls combat with triple-Awesome mechanics borrowed from all its cinematic peers. I didn't mind the first one despite its insipid writing and exploration, will probably snag the isodemo when/if eventually hits the high seas.
Alas, as long as DisnEA is involved there's no hope for more depth, in addition to the sad general fact that a free-flowing and derp-free action game made for m&kb will never happen again Okay

I like the OTS camera.

Much better than centered.

CP's problem is the FOV, not the camera.

Plenty of games out there doing an excellent OTS camera...

https://www.ign.com/articles/star-wars-jedi-survivor-director-wants-to-make-cals-saga-a-trilogy

"Star Wars: Jedi Survivor director Stig Asmussen wants to make Cal Kestis's story a trilogy, meaning a third and final game could be coming from Respawn Entertainment in the future.

Speaking on IGN Unfiltered, Asmusssen suggested that a third Star Wars: Jedi game is likely if the upcoming Jedi: Survivor performs well.

Sequel discussions were happening even before Jedi: Fallen Order was released in 2019. "

14.99€ is a good price for this.

Play for cheap(er) at launch, isodemo after 6-12 months, buy at 80% discount later for replaying final, complete, enhanced, fixed version...

Not perfect, but hey, in these harsh times for pirates, we do what we can. Laughing
