Friend of mine has been dealing with vandalism to his car and front of apartment multiple times now and is determined to catch the guy if its always the same person.
He asked me if there is a small weather proof camera out there that takes a picture every second that he can put somewhere outside to point at the sensitive area to catch the person.

i did a quick google and this kinda seems to fit the picture

But its not ideal or really intended for it. but it has a battery that lasts 2 days and 8gb memory to take thousands of pictures and is weather proof. you guys have better suggestions camera wise?
