Hello guys, I'd like to implement a service on a website, where users could send a request like "My x broke down and I'd like it repaired, can you help me?", and it sends that message to us with the name, etc... of the client, and we can then integrate that into a schedule, so we'd be able to tell the client "You can swing by at X, and you'll get it fixed and ready for pickup on Y".
Any idea of a program, preferably in open source, that can achieve that?

Pls. What you search is a Ticket System, and those are part of al CRM-Softwares.
What you can do now, is google for "open source ticket system" for example.
I found this after a quick search for example:

Well Siebel is a CRM software (customer relationship management), but it's huuuuuuuge and not actually usable by your end customer. Listen to berb.
