Batman Ninja (ニンジャバットマン Ninja Battoman) is an upcoming Japanese animated film directed by Junpei Mizusaki and produced by Warner Bros., which features the DC Comics character Batman. Takashi Okazaki, the creator of Afro Samurai, is the character designer for the film.
Batman is transported to Feudal Japan and must battle reimagined versions of his villains alongside his allies. Aiding the Dark Knight are Japanese versions of Nightwing, Red Hood, Red Robin, Robin, Alfred Pennyworth, and Catwoman. Villains confirmed to appear include the Joker, Harley Quinn, Penguin, Poison Ivy, Two-Face, Deathstroke, and Gorilla Grodd.
The film is set to release on DVD and Blu-ray in 2018.

oh, i will say apparently gotham by gaslight cartoon movie is being released soon? my brain is telling me like all batman movies and cartoons its going to be fucking horrible (oh, apart from those delightful adam west cartoon movies.. they were amazing!), but my heart tells me i must give it a chance..

Eh I didn't like them but your comment did remind me of the two part the dark knight returns cartoon movie, with grumpy old-man batman in it. That was quite good.
