multi-platform games usually are better on xbox360 then PS3 , and the PC is the best of all ofc

Perfect opportunity to re-play this game and try the other Second Chapter. Also, the extended Chapter 3 is a nice addition, it felt a bit rushed in the original game.
Also VERY curious to see how it looks on the 360, I have read a preview on an italian website that named it "the best looking game we've seen on the x360 to date".

Don't be so sure. With the whole "HD Remastering" fever going around, it probably leaves room for another game to jump ship. You might as well expect a petition of the first game to be ported onto the consoles.  |
Well I am all for remaking classic games with gameplay intact and better graphics. This one is a little unnecessary, but if there is demand for it, why not. Outsource it to some dev freelancers, not like porting from PC to 360 is that hard. |

Precisely! Considering CD Projekt decided to make their way into console side, and that too with an Enhanced edition, the idea of porting the first game shouldn't be ruled out. That is, provided Witcher 2 sells significantly well.
I was really starting to enjoy the sequel on the PC, until my pre-historic configuration gave way and things went southwards. I shifted to a new graphic card last month. So I'm waiting for this Enhanced edition to launch and hope to play the game in it's full glory.
The only reason I wouldn't play the first game on the PC right now, is the absence of native 360 controller support. Like it or not, I have turned into a complete controller-whore. Besides, if the combat system of the sequel is anything to go by, I think it would make sense to play the first game with a controller too.

They were mentioning some other project/s besides the x360 port, right? There was some talk about some XBLA stuff coming from them, as far as I remember... some rumor-talk about maybe a Witcher 1 port released through that. Nothing confirmed so far though.
I don't see the first Witcher game on XBLA though, (well at least not a full version, maybe some small prequel to TW2 with the basic decisions in the style of ME2 on PS3) seeing as that game had well over 5 GBs and there's a size limit for that. I think it's ~2GBs for XBLAs and maybe ~4GBs for GOD type digital only release like Crysis 1 - witch even though it came through XBLA it's not labeled as an arcade game, but a GOD game.

you buy a game , after 4 months later the say the amount of bugs in it was so big they will re-release it a enchanted edition with no DRM and those that bought this game would get a free patch with NO DRM that would fix this FUCKING BETA and make it a finally playable game.... NO DRM MY ASS that patch had TAGES INTERNET ACTIVATION you had to :
1. have a CD-project forum account
2. have a account that was not banned
3. have the serial
4.All ways on internet connection for 2,5 hours that took this patch to install ... and extra 3-4 gig space on your hdd for patching
WTF SHIT IS THIS !!!! all this to install a patch that would FINALLY FIX MY GAME !!!! and you have to do this a every time you install it again :FACEPALM:
at that time every major game store gave a patch disk for free if you showed them your original game copy with a receipt ... and at that time i didn't have a stable net connection.., SO IMAGINE this you get back home happy you have a no DRM enchanted patch only to find this patch needs internet because its DRM PROTECTED
after this bad experience i said fuck them , will never buy a PC game no MORE
heck my post is still famous on theirs forums... heck i had to buy 5h in a internet caffe just to install this game , patch it , activate it , remove DRM FROM MY LEGALLY BOUGHT GAME , RIP IT , COMPRESS IT WITH 7zip and BURN IT so it would work HOME ...  defuq ... oh yeah CD-project thank you for your patch ... 
you have to do this all things OR buy this game AGAIN ...
lulz now in stores there is a collectors edition Witcher 1 EE + Witcher 2 for 79zł i wonder what shit will i would be forced to DO AGAIN to have this witcher 2 patched as EE
fuck this piracy ALL THE FUCKING WAY ...

The EE patch is optional. You do know that, right?
Considering you didn't get any major changes to the game, like story/quests/locations/characters you can't call the standard version a less complete version. Everything the EE patch/edition had was bonus stuff. And it was all available for free or if you didn't had the game already the retail and digital verion had it all included. Nothing like the DLC bullshit that most devs/publishers usually do, for even less content; look at Capcom (every fucking game they pul out) or 2K (most notably with Mafia 2).
