Greedfall is NOT a game that lends itself to being played in unfinished pieces in Early Access. Thanks Larian for spreading the cancerous model that is Early Access into the fucking story driven RPG genre.

So many cuts in the above footage, the combat must really be shit, just like in Divinity Original Sin 3 (2, 1).

I didn't finish the first one as it was a bit too much jank with bad visual design and uninteresting setting/story for me.
Likewise, I appreciated what they were trying to do (still better than most modern tripeA-isms) however, after a while the game started to overstay its welcome in terms of repetitive designs and story-wise with its rather mundane writing. At some point I felt like Samuel L. Jackson: "Say I am De Sardet, legate of the merchant congregation again I dare you, I double dare you!"
It's a shame that the franchise receiving a direct sequel is this one and not The Technomancer for instance - which suffered from several limitations too, still, it had a more interesting setting/set of characters in my opinion. Same with the ol' Mars War Logs.
