Sources: This year's COD is Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

This year's Call of Duty game is Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, multiple sources have confirmed to Eurogamer.
Black Ops 4 is in development at Treyarch, the Activision studio behind the three other Black Ops games, and as you'd expect is due for launch late in the year.
The Black Ops storyline so far has covered the Cold War, near future, and a further time period in 2065. In particular, Black Ops 3 had a fully sci-fi focus - something which Black Ops 4 will dial back to better fit the series' recent desire for a more grounded feeling - in response to the negative feedback surrounding 2016's space-set Infinite Warfare.
Word of Black Ops 4 first appeared online this week in a Twitter post from self-styled "industry insider" Marcus Sellars. In a series of posts made over the past few days, Sellars also referenced a Nintendo Switch version of Black Ops 4 was in development - a detail we're still working to verify.
Sellars also posted word of the fellow Activision-published Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy - which Eurogamer sources have also said is on the cards.
WW II was terrible apart from visuals. Not excited for another CoD.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Well somebody thought it must be a brilliant idea just to copy/paste the old logo, no?
That's what you get if you copy/paste 3 games in a row.. Haven't even bothered with BO3 SP campaign is it even worth playing or should I just remove it from my HDD? I did enjoy (for free ) Infinite Warfare & WW2 campaign although the last one wasn't as great as lets say CoD1/2/4 and of course the best of them all MoH:AA, a game which we will likely never see again in its time. And sadly MoH:AA looks quite old . But still I've enjoyed that game prolly the most at that time.
After door-breaching dogs and Hollywoodian fishes, thenumbersmason, Jon Snow, weightless mountable horses, cardboard spaceships, self-aware auto aiming drones, multiple flavors of instakill nuking techniques accompanied by visceral reused scripts and slow-mo techniques, advanced peashooting, zombie-controlled AI routines and Matroska-shaped quick time events, I wonder what Call of Duty will invent this time to embellish the awesome button and revolutionize itself

What's troubling is that Infinite Warfare is still much better than the recent CoD SP campaigns that we've had the misfortune of playing recently. Low hanging fruit and all that.
But I'm just wondering about something... are they high? BLOPS3 easily has one of the worst CoD campaigns of all time. It even rivals the horrendous Ghosts which was rightfully abandoned. Can't believe Craptivision are doubling down on it

And get this: IIII and IV are both legit, by the looks of it. Romans did apparently use both, and sometimes they even used both in the course of a single document.
