i'm 180cm and weigh about 57 to 60kg, so i am really skinny, but mostly due to a chronical disease wich makes it hard for me to gain any weight.

You should weight as much as you feel you should. Best luck for it.

I am also one of these lucky bastards who can eat what they want and don`t get a single gramm more on the dare (is this the correct word?).

I weighted me last week for the first time after years and guess what?! 69 kg - the same as always... I`m pretty sure it has something to do with your genes...
Always feel sorry for the people eating much less (fat shit) than me and going up all the time...

yea but by doing power lifting etc. he will just turn his fat into muscle and bulk up. by the sound of it he wants to be lean.

Well actually I just began to give up some things in the week and only consume: Candy, Beer, Vodka, chips etc, in the weekend and I began to excersize everytime I went to bed...
And apparently that worked...

well swim then or ride a bike. But again go for time / repetitions not power /speed. u need to build up your endurance / stamina before you attempt to bulk up.

yes repetition is the key.
I've noticed that by playing football/soccer intensely for 2 hours a week I'm building up stamina very fast and the fat and water my body collected over the years just flies off. This with wearing an extra shirt to build up some serious sweat.
The weightlifting is for cosmetic reasons Wink

I am 195cm (about 6'5") and managed to go from 60kg to 72kg in the past 2 years by cycling about 1000km a month and other sports, and eating very much, but 195cm with 72kg is still way skinny.

1.75m and 73kg for me, so I'm 'comfortably mature in size', if not overweight

If you want to lose weight, forget about diets, just use three normal meals (2500kcal) a day and have some sort of physical exercise for at least half an hour a day.

Rule of thumb for the maximum healthy body weight: Deduct 100cm from your length in centimetres, and replace the cm unit by kg Very Happy

lol ... that's exactly what I weigh now .. I'd say it would be a healthier weight if I could replace some of this fat with muscle! Oh well ... I'm going to start running on Monday
