Howdy all,
Is it some way possible to play cdr's on a non modded Saturn? Something like a bootdisc or shit? I mean it's an old thing. I know about the swaptrick but I don't have any original tocs just the hardware.

no, a mod of sometype is needed. i saw the mod a while back, it had 1 wire solder and i believe a bypass switch, but the site went under. there was also a plug type cartridge ( i believe) that allowed backup play, but it is more rare then the mod chip

hmm it makes it pretty hard if u dont got any original games (as i understood u didnt) but if u got one ive heard u can save some specific games, and then they work as some cind of a chip, i dont know how it works but its probably pretty hard to pull... but gl

there is actually a cart... but its function is letting you play import games. i've never tried it with backups. you might do some searching online and see if you can come up with more information about it, but here's a link to the cart:

I have that card, it only allows u to play imports, no backups.
