Birthdays the Beginning, the new game from Harvest Moon creator Yasuhiro Wada, will launch for PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam in North America and Europe in early 2017, publisher NIS America announced. It will be feature English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish text.

Birthdays the Beginning will launch both physically and digitally for PlayStation 4, and for PC via Steam on March 7 in North America and March 10 in Europe, publisher NIS America announced.
Fun game, it's a very relaxing time waister. The 3dm release does have English, language setting is the 3 option from below in the options menu.
Use a gamepad though, keyboard controls are terrible.
