good group for germany, with italy instead of ukraine it would have been hard. poland can be strong and northern ireland shouldnt be underestimate

other groups kinda clear: group a -> france and switzerland. b -> russia and wales (yes england will not survive the group phase). c-> germany, poland. d -> spain and croatia. e -> belgium and sweden (yes i think italy will play shit again, sorry ixi) and last but not least group f -> portugay and austria. though maybe iceland can expand its glory play and may come through instead of portugay

Oh that is a nice group for us and I got what I wanted: Italy and Sweden in our group.
Actually have no clue on Ireland, haven't followed them. Smile

Apparently in Belgium they are bitching how tough the group is... Bit laughable when you heard them talk how good they are and they could win from any team.... Razz

Ah well, I'm still happy with the opponents we got. Could bring some decent games! Smile

Idk why you guys are laughing about Group F. Iceland is very good and both Austria and Hungary are decent. This is a very tough group for Portugal.
Spain is also in big trouble.
England is into deep shit. I don't think they can survive in their group. It could be better if they play Vardy in the middle of the attack but I don't see that happening.

I don't think anyone was implying that Portugal was going to have an easy first round, rather that all 4 are shit Cool Face (I haver espect for what Iceland have shown but when the hour of the bid daddys comes it will probably be too much for them).

There we can agree, even though I still see them as one of the big favourites.

Haha yup, preferences don't matter much since the group stages are always black boxes of craziness (which is the beauty of it!). I'm just glad that there will be some very interesting matches to watch Very Happy (with Italy probably being the one showing the most boring football, as per tradition xD)

ah boys, we forget something. due to the higher number of teams -> the four best 3rd placed teams after the group stages succeed too... meh even, italy can maybe come to the k.o. phase then

we have more that Ronaldo, but the last years the team is Ronaldo dependent, because of politics.
if Ronaldo dont play, sponsors dont pay.

ofc you have more than ronaldo, and thats the problem. they are forced to play for him, and thats why its not a team and thats why they win anything. for sweden its okay to play for ibra cause nobody there is somewhere near his skill, in portugay its different. they have enough really good players, but they cant play their best game if they have to play for christiana. and as you say: if they dont play for christiana -> christiana gets another ego attack and plays bad (just like ozil in almost every game, you can see how he just hasnt joy to play. gets tackled twice and acts like a children which got his toy taken away)

@ Janz
Well I also just watch football every 4 years usually. But I certainly don't get in the way of football fans and watch at home. You may thank me later.

And I usually enjoy the sound I get at home from good speakers. Ahh the joy of the first match, turning up the speakers to feel the atmosphere and to hear nothing but fucking vuvuzelas in loud high definition Laughing
