As far as I know.
And as of today, my country, Sweden has the honour of being backwards idiot country number 2.
Also, because there is a risk of prison in the sentencing, anyone can do a citizens arrest on a person who breaks the law.
Yeah, this is going to end well, time to move abroad again, fuck paranoid tech scared laws and legal systems. It is also wierd since the EU are making a set of softer regulations for drones, but not Sweden.
The camera surveillance act needs to be tossed out and rewritten.
I'd be happy to see a license deal instead, go that route. Now, missing people can't use their drones to search and rescue, farmers can't quickly and easily take stock of their land/cattle, fire departments need to use helicopters as spotters again, a whole slew of good and decent uses are out the window.
