It's a little rough, but there can never be enough grid based dungeon crawlers. Man I miss Westwood, eob 1&2 and lands of lore still hold up.

interesting idea/approach, would have killed for a game like this on Amiga during my DungeonMaster2 & Ambermoon addiction 
Hard to get into nowadays but i´d play it for the setting alone

Sorry was tired, well, its abit clunky, controls are weird..navigating through menus is annoying there are save points... in a dungeon crawler? The UI is terrible...the party splitting mechanic isn't used as it should be..the puzzles are easy. but in the end I hope they fix it. I might try it again I dunno. I'm a cheap bastard.

Happinet has also released a number of significant patches based on the feedback and requests of players and fans since Haunted Dungeons: Hyakki Castle‘s launch for consoles on August 30. The following are some of the fixes that will be implemented to the game on all platforms after today’s update:
Adjusted enemy spawn locations.
Adjusted drop rate for food.
Corrected text errors in the game and game trophies.
Fixed the bug where enemies that drop from the ceiling clumping together.
High-level dungeon enemies have around 20 percent less HP. |
