Someone on another forum gave me this link and it's pretty useful for finding the cheapest price of the more notorious steam key sites.

It looks much better than www.gamekeyfinder.de, but it also is not always showing the cheapest place to buy from

Kinguin is made by G2Play or the same guys are behind it so the site is not neutral after all.

There are tons of different price comparson sites but I dont know even one which includes even 80% of the keyshops.

it says that if you create a group of ppl, and buy stuff, each gets part of other people's purchase amounts?
oh I misunderstood, it goes towards only 1 person, much like a ponzi Laughing

Got a Windows 10 Pro key off them 2 weeks ago (not for myself), key was fubar. I got MS Tech to check it for me, sure enough, was blocked. Still awaiting refund, and they ignore communication. So beware Wink

Yup, and I paid with Paypal, so guaranteed money back anyway Smile

I did get one reply from them...

So I did what they said, and contacted MS Tech Support

Is best, hands down. It has been for years and I saved tons of cash by looking there first.

so today my first issue with a game that I bought through Kinguin

today I starup steam and receive an alert that a game has been removed from my library
I start kinguin live chat, and by the time I fill up the details and press start, there was already a rep waiting for me lol

they demanded some screenshots, and said that they will create a case for the merchant, and that he has 24hours to resolve it, or they will take over the matter

so now I wait

the game is Battlestar Galactica Deadlock, bought with buyer's protection

They're in deep waters if they're unwilling to fix your problem, as it's their fault and not yours. No one would buy anything if they knew the key could be revoked at any time and kinguin refused to help.

well since the seller was a third party, I think giving them 24h to hear their side is a good practice, they said that in the worst case scenario they will refund the price I paid - protection fee

@StrEagle
When did you buy it?
Personally i would probably just charge it back via my creditcard (if you paid with that), as i doubt Kinguin could do anything against that anyways. Laughing

chargeback from the CC is a last resort weapon
also the game was a part of 3 games order

just now they resolved the case and refunded the cost to in-store currency, and told me if I want a cash refund to paypal, to reopen the case again

I'm fine with the in-store currency, as I will be buying again from them, but sadly the game is no longer listed.. :\
