As long UT is around, other modes will never get enough attention. Volta is pretty much wasted.

Being fair, when it comes to first year for next gen it's understable cuz they already started to work on same version as older gen.
They actually improved their timing of PC being same as "next gen" So I do hope it will be like that next year, but yeah, they focused more on next gen than PC.
BTW, next gen consoles are coming by the end of the year, so PC version being same as next gen means delay of that version as well.

thank god i haven't bought it last year anyway so another year without it, no problem.
Fighting games and Sports games are some of the easiest to run games, ever.
And with every new console generation the performance advantage of consoles to the average PC has shrunk.
It's smaller than ever, even if the new consoles are very impressive.
But somehow a 4c/8t with a 1060 isn't gonna be able to run a soccer game?
Are they making it a 200gb game with a billion different highly detailed strands of grass that have to be constantly streamed from a 5gb/s SSD?
The PC community of Fifa shouldn't accept being treated like second rate citizens and boycott this release completely.

Feels like I entered timemachine and just arrived in 2014. Remember the "ignite engine" shit? That somehow couldn't run on 2014 PCs but they shipped the same version of Fifa 15 to PC as they did to the xbox one and ps4 - that somehow, magically the same PCs from the previous year ran just fine.

same shit as last time with generation change, but expected since the new consoles out ~2 months later.and maybe we have a little hope. since buyers on xboner and ps4 get the ps5/xseriesx version for free maybe pc version gets updated to it on release too (its the same engine so why not and after years they moved the min specs for pc up a little bit)
Haha, it's that type of distinctive and painfully bubbly Generation Z style that's also present in most of the modern multiplayer-oriented stuff these days, only here it's raised to the nth power. While in the past football was still the focus, now it's clearly just the background of a bigger social e-context designed to produce cards addiction among teenagers and empty their parents' bank accounts.
