Some coworkers have fucked up and lost their iTunes password so now they can't uppdate a work related app. Anyway to recover this password or updates this app without a password.

They also lost the password to the Gmail associated with the account.

"coworker", "lost" his pw twice. yes yes...

and no, no way without having access to the connected email account. so start trying to recover the email acc.

maybe possible with the apple support, but you will need a shitload of proof that its your device etc

Encountered that too in another company, where they used a CRM-app on their iPhones and had to use iTunes for several things.

They likely provide one, thats what i deal with anyway. I leave the work phone at home and just use my normal one Confused
