well, battery seems better than the old one, its light, relatively cheap...
as long as its tough (I hope it is) as the old one, I think it's decent.

it's a lot like the old phone, just not identical (great battery life, simple features, low price and possibly robust case). The 2g is a real issue though, if it gets deactivated in europe (where it will be sold). Should be simple for them to sell a 3g version though...
