One of the best sitcoms on these days. They don't have to peer-pressure viewers into laughing with canned-laughter, the actors actually have to be funny. And fortunately, they are hilarious. Smile

Thankfully that bland guy from the first season was replaced by two great characters. Now two people left. Wonder if they will try to replace them.

Judging how TBBT is going, I'm glad some people know they should end it when it's good.

Yay, new season Very Happy

yea but i ll still miss it alot, there is no currently running comedy show that comes even close, only other noteworthy one is louie, but its very experimental and not of reliable quality. i d prefer if louis ck did more stand up instead of concentrating on the show.

So few posts for this awesome show?!
Are You Serious

Finished the last season now, which was rather weak most of the time.
The finale made up for it though. Really sad that this great show is over now. Crying or Very sad

It was damned good. Ron Swanson forever!

I thought it was drab, like watching a bad theatre play. Nick Offerman does a nice job, but I sure as hell can't watch something that mediocre for 1 funny guy.

Ah well, good that tastes differ!

You know I didn't care for it either after watching the first two episodes. However, one day I was incredibly bored with nothing else to do, so I started watching the rest. The show steadily grew on me, and before the first season was up I was hooked.

It's a bit of a slow starter, but it may grow on you (not sure how many episodes you watched).

Think it was 4 or 5, but even clips of later seasons tell me this was not for me. I just think the quality of acting is off and a lot of them have bad timing be it with their behaviour or landing a joke (don't take it as in all their work, I'm speaking of this show ).

I find it a shame since there are a few people that I usually find quite funny, but not in this.

I found most jokes spot on.
Especially those scenes where the characters look into the camera for a moment after something funny/strange happened. Very Happy

Also further into the show it changes a bit from a comedy show to a bit more serious show.
