why in hell cant they make some good fight games for PC?
Simple--It's very difficult to make good fighting game interfaces for the keyboard, and many people don't have a gamepad for their PCs. The only game I can think of that pulled it off was One Must Fall 2097. A similar question to ask is why there are no good RTSes on consoles.
